Maddy joined NP Vet Group after completing her degree in 2013. She enjoys so many aspects of her job, including working with her colleagues on demanding cases and applying science to solve challenging problems. Maddy finds it particularly amazing when she is sees a critically ill patient turn the corner and begin their path to recovery. She loves to see the excitement shared between the pet and owner when the pet can finally return home. Outside of work, you’ll find Maddy enjoying a book and sipping a cup of English breakfast tea (which she says tastes even better when enjoyed in the Lake District of England!). You might also find her working on her latest hobby – attempting to turn the bare patch of earth behind her house into a beautiful garden.
