Meet Wendy, our incredibly skilled and dedicated veterinarian who became a part of our team in 2014. Wendy has a wealth of experience, having worked and trained in the UK before returning to New Zealand. Her journey in the UK involved a comprehensive 3-year course in classical homeopathy, where she collaborated with fellow veterinarians and physicians. Following this, Wendy obtained her veterinary acupuncture qualification in 2005.
At our practice, Wendy has a keen interest in first opinion cases, acupuncture, and homeopathy referrals, bringing a holistic approach to animal healthcare. She particularly enjoys working with clients who are interested in integrating holistic treatment modalities with conventional medicine. Not only is Wendy passionate about holistic medicine, but she also has a diverse range of domestic animals including chickens, fish, rabbits, and a cat!
