Pet Records

To be able to access your pet’s records you need to have registered your email address with our clinic. This can be done via email or by phoning the clinic on 06 758 4006.

If you have already registered the details are as follows:

Username = Your Email Address
Password = Your Vet Group Account Number (for example 13954)

To locate your Vet Group Account Number: Please refer to your invoice/statement (e.g. 1/13954).

IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN WE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING:

• Try logging in with a different browser other than Chrome – for example, Firefox.
• Try clearing your cache
• Reset your password
