Terms and Conditions for the Easter School Holiday Colouring Competition Starting 11th April 2025

1. The competition is organized by New Plymouth Vet Group and St Aubyn Vet Clinic.
2. The competition is open to residents of Taranaki only and the winners must be able to collect their prize from the clinic.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant (or the parent/caregiver of the entrant) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per entrant.
5. Prizes Include:
   • 5-6 age group: 1 x Easter Treat Prize Pack
   • 7-9 age group: 1 x Easter Treat Prize Pack
   • 10-12 age group: 1 x Easter Treat Prize Pack
6. The closing date for entries is 6pm on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025. No further entries will be accepted after this date.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
8. How to Enter:
   • Entrants must colour in at least one page from the competition pages.
   • The entrant’s name and contact details must be provided.
   • Original copies can be dropped off at the clinic or emailed to customercare@npvet.co.nz before the closing date.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, act of God, or any other event beyond the promoter’s control. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties connected with this competition.
11. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable.
12. Winners will be chosen by the promoter. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Only one prize can be won per category.
13. Winners will be notified by email or phone. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will inform winners when and where their prizes can be collected or delivered.
15. This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
16. By submitting an entry, the entrant (or the parent/caregiver) gives New Plymouth Vet Group permission to use any submitted artwork for marketing purposes, excluding personal information.
17. By claiming a prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name in any publicity material.
18. Personal data related to winners or other entrants will be used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
19. The promoter is not responsible for any information provided to third parties by winners to access prizes.
20. The promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and selection of winners are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
21. The promoter reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
22. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
23. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media channels.
