Joanne has been at the helm since 1994 and recently celebrated her 30 years of service with the practice keeping NP Vet Group on course as it has grown from a small practice to the large and comprehensive one it is today.
For anyone who knows her, it comes as no surprise that Joanne was designated as the one “Most likely to make it happen” in her high school yearbook. Joanne wears many hats and handles each of her responsibilities with patience and poise. The team relies upon her for her impressive communication skills and the way in which she compassionately works with pet owners during challenging times. Joanne owns a beautiful Pomeranian called Shibi and two long haired fluffy cats called Leo and Tigras – both originally rescued kittens from the clinic.
